What he is responsible for here
- Owns the eight-criterion rubric and the published weight profiles, including the fleet-operator default and the retired repo-operator profile.
- Scores every cell, records the date it was verified, and marks confidence as high, medium, or verify.
- Reads and captures every primary source in the evidence log, and re-reads anything past ninety days.
- Writes and signs the corrections log when a published number changes.
- Records published vendor sources and states plainly that no hands-on measurements are reported.
The method he works to
Every score on this site is a weighted cell, not an opinion. The rubric, the eight weights, and the retired weight profile are published on how we score. Every cell cites at least one dated primary source in the evidence log, and any published number that changes afterwards is recorded in corrections with the old value and the new one.
Scores are currently desk reviews against primary sources. Not measured by us; scored from published sources.
