The reader profile changed, not a single cell. Extensibility 14 to 20, model flexibility 10 to 18, time to real work 20 to 16, day-2 operations 8 to 14, community and docs 6 to 12, developer workflow 18 to 8, data control 16 to 6, cost honesty 8 to 6. The retired repo-operator column stays published on the methodology page, where it still gives Buzz 6.8 to BAND 6.4. Reason: readers arriving here already own their repository and their blocker is agents that cannot see each other across frameworks.
